New residential dwellings at Helpringham

Vicarage Lane, Helplpringham, Lincolnshire

The project involves the construction of two new four-bedroom family homes in the village of Helpringham, Lincolnshire. While each dwelling has a distinct design, they share a consistent palette of materials and a cohesive architectural language. The design takes contemporary inspiration from the local vernacular, incorporating traditional clay pantile pitched roofs and red brick walls. Internally, the homes feature spacious semi-open-plan kitchen, dining, and living areas that open out onto rear gardens.
